New Hampshire accident injures at least 4

When you get hurt in a car accident, the last thing you want to have to worry about is how you'll pay for your medical bills in New Hampshire. Fortunately, if the accident wasn't your fault, you should be able to seek compensation for your injuries and time off work. In this report from April 26, four people were injured in car accidents when their vehicles collided. According to the story, the accident happened at around 10:10 a.m. in Chesterfield, New Hampshire, on Route 9.

Initially there had been reports that there were injuries and entrapment at the scene. But what happened to cause such a serious accident? According to the news, a 30-year-old driver had fallen asleep at the wheel and then allowed his vehicle to go into the westbound lane.

A 58-year-old man driving on the westbound lane reported trying to swerve out of the way, but his vehicle was struck and caused him to spin 180 degrees. The 30-year-old's vehicle continued on the westbound lane, striking a 2006 Honda Civic driven by a 22-year-old woman. Her vehicle went off the road and into a ditch on the south side of Route 9.

At the scene of the accident, emergency units arrived to help those who had been injured. Reports state that there was a second accident involving two vehicles caused by the first, and this resulted in four people being injured. Police are still investigating the accidents, which will help them determine who is at fault for the collisions. Reports did say that the Jaws of Life had to be brought in to help at least one person out of a vehicle, so that would suggest that the accident may have had some serious injuries. Ambulances were called to the scene, but police have not released the names or injuries of those involved.
