Wrongful death case dismissed when agreement reached

A woman dies admist untimely diagnosis by long-term care facility

A lawsuit has been brought against a Nashua, New Hampshire, long-term care living facility, alleging that its staff's failure to render timely care to one of its 85-year-old patients resulted in her ultimate demise. The woman had been living at the facility for a little more than a year before she was ultimately transferred to an area hospital with unrecoverable ailments including sepsis, severe dehydration and a possible stroke.
