The program welcomed the return of Graham Allison (Harvard Kennedy School) and Fiona Hill (Brookings Institution) to revisit the evolution of the Russia-Japan, Russia-U.S. and U.S.-Japan trilateral relationships. The program also celebrated the 110th anniversary of Theodore Roosevelt’s Nobel Peace Prize for establishing the Portsmouth Peace Treaty.
